Priscilla Rivera, APN, is a compassionate and highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Family Medicine. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life. With a strong background in both clinical practice and leadership, Priscilla combines hands-on expertise with empathy to deliver high-quality, personalized healthcare. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she values clear communication and trust, believing that exceptional care begins with understanding each patient’s unique needs and goals.


Priscilla earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) – Family Nurse Practitioner from Utica University. She also holds Bachelor and Associate degrees in Nursing from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Botox and Dermal Filler Procedures.

Before becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse, Priscilla worked for several years as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, outpatient centers, schools, and community-based clinics. Her broad nursing experience includes managing patients with chronic conditions, assisting in endoscopic and pain management procedures, and caring for individuals with developmental and medical complexities.

During her tenure at AdvantageCare Physicians in Staten Island, Priscilla served as a Care Team Supervisor, where she oversaw clinical operations and mentored nursing staff. She played a key role in employee training, patient care coordination, and fostering collaboration between interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
